Challenge
We were appointed by The Crown Estate to design 21 homes as part of their £1bn investment scheme for Regent Street Corner, moments from Oxford Circus. Providing a range of Peabody Housing Association homes, from one-bedroom to family sized apartments, we created layouts that meet Lifetime Homes Standards and offer flexible living arrangements for their inhabitants. We aimed to enhance the conservation area in which the development is located with a contemporary yet sympathetic design.
